When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order.

Information sent via this website is not subject to tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed by Buttons Saddlery and will only be used to process an order. Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or other organisations.

Call us with your order at +44 (01276 ) 857771 between the hours 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m.  We will be glad to answer your questions or help you with your order.

Order by Fax

If you prefer, you may fax your order to us at +44 (01276) 857771.  Be sure to include your e-mail address and your phone number.  If we have any questions we will contact you..

14 Days approval

We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our website.  We will supply a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) on any item returned unspoiled within 14 days.  Alternatively you may simply exchange the item.

Payments by cheque

If paying by cheque, please remember to write your bankers cheque guarantee card number on the reverse of the cheque.

Postal charges

Mainland only - To cover the cost of post and packing, please add £4.25 for orders required in 2-4 working days (£10.00 for orders required the next day).


Master Card, Visa, American Express, Switch, Visa / Delta



Payment by MasterCard ,Visa credit/debit, Switch or American Express can be made over the phone or via the website through our secure server.  Please have your card number, expiry date and in the case of Switch, issue number, to hand when calling.

Overseas orders

Postage is charged at postal rate.  VAT may be deducted on all orders to non-EC countries by removing 17.5% from the price of each product.  We will be happy to quote specific prices in order to ensure that the correct amount is sent.

Returns, exchanges and complaints

Goods becoming damaged, in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship, should be returned for inspection immediately.  In some cases, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, this can take up to 28 days.  Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.  Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

Delivery

If goods are in stock, despatch is the same day, but under exceptional circumstances or demand, please allow 28 days.

Price Changes & VAT

Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website, but this is not always possible.  We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary.  Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
